HOW MUCH DOES A MEDIATION FOR ARBITRATION COST?

In addition to mediation and arbitration services, Mediation Masters is also pleased to provide combined Mediation and Arbitration services on a single day or multi-day basis. We are here to meet your needs.
Based upon the parties’ agreement, Mediation Masters will provide a Mediation Masters Med/Arb trained person to act as your Mediator and Arbitrator. If the parties cannot reach a mediated solution through the Mediation process, the parties can submit their case to the Mediator acting as an Arbitrator who will decide their case that same day (or at the conclusion of the hearing) in writing through our Med/Arb model. Mediation Masters offers the services to have the Med/Arb mediate and if not settled in mediation, the case can be decided by arbitration of your dispute right then and there. A one time, one stop, resolution to end the dispute.
Mediation Masters also offers Arbitration services in conjunction with Mediation services.
Mediation Masters will provide a licensed and trained attorney as an Arbitrator to hear and decide your dispute.
OUR PRICING
HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION SPECIAL PRICING
Package of Three- 3- 2 hour mediations of the same or 3 different disputes with a Mediation Masters trained Mediator- $1850- valid for 18 months. Contact us for our 3-2 Contract.
MEDIATION
Single – 2 hour mediation with a Mediation Masters trained Mediator $750
Half Day Single or Limited Issue/2 Party Mediation – $1300
Full Day Single or Limited Issue/2 Party Mediation – $2500
MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION
Mediation-Arbitration -Single or Limited Issue/2 Party– Half day- $1900
Mediation- Arbitration- Single or Limited Issue/ 2 Party- Full Day – $2800
Multi- day, Multi-Issue or Multi-Party (3 or more) Mediations or Arbitrations for complex matters – Contact us.
ARBITRATIONS
Arbitration- Single or Limited Issue/ 2 Party – Half Day – $1800
Arbitration- Single or Limited Issue/2 Party- Full Day – $2500
TIME AND OTHER SERVICES
Half day is 4 hour time slot. Full day is 7.5 hour time slot.
All pricing is for informational purposes only.
Additional Services if needed will be priced separately at the Mediator or Arbitrator’s Study rate.
Drafting of Mediated Agreements $450
Arbitration Awards – Simple only. If Reasoned Decisions are requested they will be priced separately and in addition to any fees above.
All prehearing or post hearing submissions will be priced separately and in addition to pricing above.
